paying from your mobile phone, “Mobile Order & Pay is a feature on the Starbucks app, which the company says has 16 million active users on Apple
and Android devices in the United States,” (Reuters, 2015).

But it’s not just about the early morning rush, it’s also about communication, and aiding those that are less mobile. What about the pregnant mom that
doesn’t want to wait in a long lineup, or the elderly man that has a walker that can’t stand for too long, “and for speech- and hearing-impaired
customers to customize orders,” (Reuters, 2015).
