Refunds — Policy and how to request

Bow Tie Kreative's refund window varies by product. Here's the short version + how to request.

Each Bow Tie Kreative product has its own refund window — most digital products are 14-day money-back, services are pro-rated. See /refund-policy for the full breakdown.

Requesting a refund

  1. 1Reply to your Zylvie receipt email with REFUND in the subject line
  2. 2Or submit /support — we route to the right queue
  3. 3Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original card
