How to submit a Customer Support request

The general support intake — license issues, billing questions, anything that doesn't fit a more specific form.

Customer Support is the catch-all intake form. Use it for license problems, billing questions, account access, or anything that doesn't have a more specific form below.

Submitting

  1. 1Go to /support
  2. 2Pick the closest topic from the dropdown (we use it to route inside SuiteDash)
  3. 3Drop a clear description — what you tried, what you expected, any screenshots
  4. 4Submit → you'll get an email receipt + a SuiteDash task gets created on our side
  5. 5Typical first response: under 1 business day
