How to submit a Funnel Support request

Conversion tracking, automation tweaks, copy edits, or anything else on a live concierge funnel.

Funnel Support is the intake for live concierge funnels — tracking issues, automation tweaks, copy edits on landing/checkout pages, and anything else affecting conversion.

Submitting

  1. 1Go to /support/funnel
  2. 2Drop the funnel URL + the specific page/step that needs attention
  3. 3If it's a tracking or attribution issue, attach a screenshot of the metric you're seeing
  4. 4If it's a copy edit, paste the exact replacement text
  5. 5Submit → SuiteDash routes to the Funnel Support queue
  • Pixel / GA4 / conversion tracking fixes
  • Email automation tweaks (sequence, copy, timing)
  • Landing-page copy edits
  • Checkout / payment integration issues
  • Upsell / order-bump adjustments
