How to submit a Funnel Support request

Funnel Support is the intake for live concierge funnels — tracking issues, automation tweaks, copy edits on landing/checkout pages, and anything else affecting conversion.
Submitting
- 1Go to /support/funnel
- 2Drop the funnel URL + the specific page/step that needs attention
- 3If it's a tracking or attribution issue, attach a screenshot of the metric you're seeing
- 4If it's a copy edit, paste the exact replacement text
- 5Submit → SuiteDash routes to the Funnel Support queue
- ●Pixel / GA4 / conversion tracking fixes
- ●Email automation tweaks (sequence, copy, timing)
- ●Landing-page copy edits
- ●Checkout / payment integration issues
- ●Upsell / order-bump adjustments
