How to submit a Website Support request

Bugs, hosting questions, content edits, and anything else on a live BTK-built website.

Website Support is specifically for live sites we've already built — bug reports, hosting/DNS questions, content edits, broken integrations, performance issues, and anything else that's already deployed.

Submitting

  1. 1Go to /support/website
  2. 2Drop the live URL of the page where the issue is happening
  3. 3Include browser + device + screenshot if visual
  4. 4Describe steps to reproduce — what you clicked, what happened, what you expected
  5. 5Submit → SuiteDash routes it to the Website Support queue (24h SLA)
  • Bug fixes on a live site
  • DNS, hosting, or SSL questions
  • Small content edits (typos, image swaps, copy tweaks)
  • Broken contact form, embed, or integration
  • Speed or accessibility complaints
