Website Support is specifically for live sites we've already built — bug reports, hosting/DNS questions, content edits, broken integrations, performance issues, and anything else that's already deployed.
Submitting
- 1Go to /support/website
- 2Drop the live URL of the page where the issue is happening
- 3Include browser + device + screenshot if visual
- 4Describe steps to reproduce — what you clicked, what happened, what you expected
- 5Submit → SuiteDash routes it to the Website Support queue (24h SLA)
- ●Bug fixes on a live site
- ●DNS, hosting, or SSL questions
- ●Small content edits (typos, image swaps, copy tweaks)
- ●Broken contact form, embed, or integration
- ●Speed or accessibility complaints
