What is your refund policy?
We are proud of our work and your approval of our projects means a lot to us. We do not move forward in production without your approval. At the end of the process you will enjoy the final product because you approved each milestone.
Are you expensive?
We can be depending on the time and the scope of work. Here is the deal: everyone can build a decent website, design a logo with or without fiver (cheaply) and within short deadlines. Our service is strictly for those who want enterprise-level service, quality deliverables and want to develop a long-term relationship with us. You pay for access to a dedicated team, and experience.
How are you with deadlines?
Timelines are tricky things to deal with. We advise our clients to set realistic deadlines for their projects. Quality comes first, so we don’t like to be rushed to completion. We take our time to do research, explore ideas and build a relationship with our clients. Consequently our projects take longer and will cost more than average. We focus on building systems, not just websites. All of which require time if you want a robust product.
How long does it take?
The work timing may be anywhere between 60 hours or more. We can discuss this on our call, and I will always try to fit into your personal deadlines.
What do I need to do before we start?
The time between booking the project and starting the work is the perfect time to complete design homework, including a brand questionnaire, visualize a storyboard and compile website content, including text, photography, links and sections for each page.
What is the platform you use for your websites?
Besides utilizing Squarespace, WordPress and Shopify, we can also create websites with others platforms as well. Not sure which platform is best for you? Let us talk about it on your call!
Do you have a short turnaround time for working with me?
We are usually booked up one to two months in advance, but contact me for availability. I can work with deadlines, so make sure you have your design homework done before we begin.
We're done, what's next?
Having a new brand and website can feel overwhelming so we will arrange a tutorial so that you can ask any questions you may have. I also provide 30 days of technical support as well as access to resources and tutorials. We also have maintenance packages in case you don’t want to update or maintain your project.
